Football Stadium
A city-wide sports club asked us to supply and fit new steel fire exit doors to their stadium.
Turnaround Time (Set up time)
We attended and took the details for the openings and within 2 weeks we were on it fitting the new doors in 1 day.
Door Spec
We removed the old Timber doors that were rotten and beaten and replaced them with the high traffic steel fire exit doors with no external hardware.
Obviously, the club didn’t want anyone re-entering after they had left so just a pushbar on the inside and a closer was all they needed.
The doors were colour matched to the old doors that we took away.
Local Authority
A Local Authority tender required 16 Electric Roller Shutter doors for a complete refurbishment of one of there industrial estates that we were more than happy to undertake.
Turnaround Time (Set up time)
From the customers initial contact through site visits and the beginning of installation was 6 weeks, our engineers then removed one manual roller shutter and installed one electric Roller Shutter per day until completion.
Different company
All of the units were occupied by different companies so we liaised with them on a individual basis to work around anything that may stop them from there usual run of business.
Door Spec
The old chain lift roller shutters were removed and replaced by 240v barrel motor shutters (which means the motor is in the roller to save on room). The steel curtain was powder coated to the clients specifications and a key switch operation was installed. A manual winder was also included in case of power loss so the client can still use the door.
School Kitchen
We Supply and install a lot of Fire Shutters for a Company in Milton Keynes who we have built up a great working relationship with and this was no exception.
Turnaround Time (Set up time)
From order we installed this shutter in 10 days……Most fire shutters are 2 weeks.
Door Spec
School kitchens are a “Hot” topic when it comes to fire shutters as they are a must where hot food is prepared.
The fire shutter we fit is wired into the fire alarm interface system to drop when a fire alarm is active.
These doors come in a 30 or 60 minute fire resistant steel. Also, they can still come in any colour and any size.
